Yoga for Pregnancy
Yoga for Pregnancy is a lovely opportunity for Mums-to-be to spend some precious time taking care of themselves and their unborn child. Benefits include:

- Relaxation and meditation practice
- Stretching the body through yoga-based adapted postures
- Meeting other pregnant women on their different journeys
Classes are on Tuesdays 7:00pm to 8:15
